• Developed by Reportage Properties, founded in 2014 in Abu Dhabi—renowned for high-turnover, off-plan residential launches across the UAE and overseas.

• Total inventory: Reported at either 164 or 274 apartments (sources vary)—units include studios, lofts, duplexes, and multi-bedroom types up to 4 BR. 

• Handover: Completed in Q2 2021; all units have been physically delivered and occupancy is permitted.
